Connect Zoom

In AI 24/7, open Zoom and choose Connect Zoom. Sign in to the Zoom account that will host the meeting and choose Allow. The Zoom account must be Pro or higher to read attendance. One connection covers later meetings on that account.

Create a meeting

After Zoom is connected, create the meeting in AI 24/7. AI 24/7 stores the join link and shows it to members. The meeting is hosted on the Zoom account you connected.

Remove Zoom

Disconnect Zoom in AI 24/7, or remove the AI 24/7 app from your Zoom account (Zoom App Marketplace, Manage, Added apps). Either action stops new access.

AI 24/7 then deletes the Zoom tokens and Zoom-sourced meeting and participant records, unless Zoom’s removal notice says you chose to keep that data. Contacts already in your workspace are not deleted.

To ask for any remaining Zoom-sourced records to be deleted, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.”
